Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WebNativeApp's website, dashboard, and app-packaging pipeline. By creating an account or submitting a website for packaging, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
WebNativeApp takes a compatible website you already operate and packages it as an iOS and/or Android app shell, built on Capacitor and Capgo tooling, with optional native features such as biometric unlock, push notifications, and native navigation.
The service does not host or modify your website's content. Your app continues to load and update from the website you control.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Your responsibilities
You represent that you own or have the rights to package the website you submit, including all trademarks, icons, and content used in the resulting app, and that the website complies with applicable law and app store guidelines.
You are responsible for your own app store developer accounts, for submitting builds for review, and for responding to store reviewer requests.
4. Fees and platform packs
Platform packs are billed as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in our refund terms. We may change pricing for new purchases at any time; changes will not apply retroactively to packs you already purchased.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to package content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the WebNativeApp platform, build tooling, and documentation. You retain all rights to your website content and branding. Generated source code delivered to your repository is yours to use, modify, and maintain.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or fail to pay applicable fees, after reasonable notice where practical.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebNativeApp disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for app store approval decisions, which remain at the sole discretion of Apple and Google.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Contact
