Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information WebNativeApp collects when you use our website, dashboard, and onboarding flow to turn a website into an iOS or Android app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Who this applies to
This Privacy Policy covers visitors to webnativeapp.com, users of the onboarding dashboard, and account holders who submit a website URL for packaging into a mobile app. It does not cover the end users of the mobile apps our customers publish, whose data practices are governed by that customer's own privacy policy.
2. Information we collect
Account data: name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account.
Project data: the website URL you submit, app name, bundle identifier, store metadata, icons, and the native plugin choices made during onboarding.
Billing data: plan selection and payment confirmation, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage data: pages visited, build status, and diagnostic logs used to troubleshoot the packaging and build pipeline.
Support data: messages you send us for support, bug reports, or account requests.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to operate the build pipeline, generate your app packages, communicate about build status and account activity, provide support, secure the service against abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
4. Sharing with third parties
We share limited data with infrastructure and processing providers strictly to run the service, such as our hosting provider, payment processor, and build tooling partners. A current list is maintained on our Subprocessors page. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Data retention
Account and project data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterward to handle billing disputes and legal obligations. You can request earlier deletion as described below.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@webnativeapp.com.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. See our Security page for details on how to report a vulnerability.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below, and significant changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
